Baseus 45W Hybrid Power Bank Certified to New GB Standard

Baseus model E00369 carries GB 47372-2026 certification with 73Wh capacity, 100-240V AC input and 45W USB-C output in both adapter and battery modes.

A new Baseus hybrid power bank has been certified under China's GB 47372-2026 safety standard for portable power supplies. Model E00369 is rated 73Wh and combines a wall charger, a battery pack and a built-in USB-C cable in a single body, with output reaching 45W.

The certificate, numbered 2026010914897583, was issued on September 24, 2026, and lists Baseus as both applicant and manufacturer. The product belongs to the HPB hybrid category, which means it can operate as an adapter or as a power bank.

In adapter mode the unit accepts 100-240V AC input. The USB-C port and the built-in cable each deliver up to 45W, while the USB-A port reaches 22.5W. In power bank mode both USB-C paths handle input and output, with input up to roughly 35W and single-path output up to 45W; the USB-A port stays at 22.5W.

The interface layout is 1A1C plus the integrated USB-C cable. When several ports are used at the same time, total output is limited to 15W. That constraint is typical of compact hybrid designs, where the adapter stage and the battery share the same power path.

Because the device also works as an adapter, its certification covers GB 17625.1-2022 and GB/T 9254.1-2021 alongside GB 47372-2026. The new standard adds requirements around cell safety, abnormal-event records, product traceability and battery-health queries that this model is built to meet.

Hybrid charging products are positioned for travel and commuting, where one device can act as a 45W wall charger indoors and fall back on its internal battery outdoors. For OEM buyers, the certification route now decides which hybrid formats can ship in the domestic market.
