Certification under China's GB 47372-2026 safety specification for power banks continues to expand. As of the latest count, 62 certificates covering 75 specific models from 19 brands have been recorded, moving the standard past 60 certified products.
Covered products now span magnetic slim designs, high-capacity fast-charging units, built-in cable, retractable cable and wireless charging categories. Capacity ranges from around 5,000 mAh to nearly 100 Wh, while output power runs from roughly 20 W to 250 W.
Hybrid charger-power bank products, which combine a wall charger and a battery in one body, are also increasing in number, and some models now explicitly add AVS fast charging, widening the spread of product forms and charging specifications.
Battery health query is a key requirement of the standard, and brands differ mainly in how they expose it. Bluetooth, NFC and USB connection approaches have appeared, with access through apps, mini-programs or web pages showing temperature, cycle count, abnormal event records and product traceability.
The certified list has moved from a handful of early adopters to a broad expansion phase. More magnetic wireless, high-power fast-charging and multi-in-one formats are expected as further approved products reach the market.
