Samsung's Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (model SM-X930) ships with only a 25W USB-C adapter despite supporting up to 45W wired charging through its bottom-mounted Type-C port. The 14.6-inch tablet measures about 5.18mm thick and pairs 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, 229.8GB of it usable.

The bundled adapter is model EP-TA800, rated for 100-240V input with fixed PDOs of 5V/3A and 9V/2.77A plus PPS ranges of 3.3-5.9V/3A and 3.3-11.0V/2.25A, for a 25W maximum. POWER-Z KM003C testing confirmed PD3.0, PPS, QC4 and DCP support, with PPS reaching 3.30-11.00V at 2.75A. The included USB-C to USB-C cable runs about 1.8m and, at roughly 3A, carries no E-Marker.

Compatibility testing showed the bundled charger delivering 20.4W (7.79V/2.58A) under PD. An Apple 70W adapter reached only 13.6W (8.67V/1.57A), while 120W, 140W and 160W third-party chargers held PPS at roughly 36.15W to 38.82W.

On the bundled 25W supply, the tablet charged to 20% in 28 minutes, 50% in 69 minutes and 80% in 109 minutes, fully filling in 2 hours 39 minutes and peaking near 25.3W. A Samsung 65W charger shortened the full charge to 1 hour 48 minutes, holding 41-43W for the first hour.

The battery is rated 11600mAh typical and 11374mAh nominal under IEC 61960. Under a 65W charge at 25 degrees Celsius, back-panel temperatures reached 33.6 degrees after 10 minutes, 34.1 degrees at 20 minutes and 34.7 degrees at 30 minutes, with power steady near 41W. Samsung DeX outputs up to 4K at 60Hz over Type-C.
