A newly released 140W GaN charger packs three USB-C ports and one USB-A port (3C1A) into a compact body with folding plugs and a matte, high-flame-retardant PC shell. The unit carries model number UES140LC-SPC and is aimed at thin-and-light and gaming laptops as well as mainstream smartphones. It is rated for 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 2.5A input with a 140W maximum total output.
USB-C1 delivers 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/5A and 28V/5A, making it the only port that reaches the full 140W through a 28V EPR tier. USB-C2 and C3 each cover 5V/3A through 20V/5A, while the USB-A port supports 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 10V/2.25A, 11V/3A and 12V/2.75A.
POWER-Z KM003C testing shows USB-C1 supporting UFCS, QC3+, SCP, FCP, AFC, SFCP, TFCP, PD3.1/PPS, DCP, Samsung 5V2A and Apple 2.4A. Its PDO list covers six fixed tiers up to 28V/5A plus a 5-11V/5A PPS range, with UFCS spanning 3.4-5.5V/3A and 5.5-11V/4A. USB-C2 and C3 match each other with PD3.0/PPS, while the USB-A port adds UFCS up to 5.5-11V/3A.
The charger measures about 68mm wide and 32.95mm thick and weighs roughly 271.9g, visibly smaller than a comparable 140W reference adapter in a side-by-side comparison. Inside, the PCBA is sealed in a large volume of gray potting compound to improve heat dissipation, with AC input carried by black and white leads and a brass heatsink covering the front of the module.
