UGREEN's X606, part number 65591, is a 100W GaN wall charger that stacks a retractable USB-C cable module above USB-C1, USB-C2 and USB-A ports on its front panel. Input is rated 100-240V at 1.8A and total output is capped at 100W. The cable adjusts through eight length steps to roughly 72.5cm at full extension.
The cable and USB-C1 both deliver 20V/5A for 100W, while USB-C2 tops out at 30W on 20V/1.5A and USB-A at 22.5W on 10V/2.25A. The cable reports UFCS, QC3+, PD3.0 with PPS, Samsung 5V/2A and Apple 2.4A, with fixed PDOs from 5V to 20V plus one 5-21V/5A PPS range. The body measures 57.02 x 50.53 x 69.08mm, weighs 303.8g, uses folding China-standard pins and holds 3C certification.
The layout is a stacked multi-board design covering input filtering, PFC, primary control and buck output. PFC uses an SC3252 controller with an integrated 650V GaN switch, running boundary conduction at heavy load and DCM with valley switching at light load. The main converter is an SC3057B QR flyback IC with an integrated 700V GaN device and HV-pin startup, operating at 350uA; bulk filtering uses 420V capacitors of 47uF and 27uF.
An SC3503 controller drives two 100V, 7.8mohm synchronous rectifier MOSFETs. Three buck protocol ICs share the secondary side: an SW3537U with a 5A buck in QFN-37, an SW3561H dual USB-C SoC supporting PD3.1 SPR at 20V/5A in QFN-32, and an SW3536 rated to 140W from a 36V input. Four B3006 VBUS switches map one per output, alongside an NTC thermistor.
The PCBA is covered in thermal potting compound for heat spreading and drop resistance, and the module combines it with active thermal control.
